Coastspring Funding Group acts as a small-business funding broker and is not a lender. It does not make credit decisions or set rates or terms. Funding partners review requests and decide. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables and is not a loan. Counsel-reviewed wording follows below.
Coastspring Funding Group Is a Funding Broker, Not a Lender
Coastspring Funding Group does not lend money, make credit decisions, or set rates, fees, amounts or repayment terms. It takes funding requests from businesses, explains funding types, and passes requests to funding partners with the business's agreement. Each partner reviews requests under its own standards and decides independently.
Offers, Credit Review and Your Choice
Any offer comes from a funding partner and is governed by that partner's agreement. A partner may review business and personal credit as part of its decision. The business is free to accept or decline any offer.
Merchant Cash Advances Are Not Loans
With a merchant cash advance, a provider buys part of a business's future receivables. It is not a loan; amounts are remitted from receipts, and there is no loan balance.
No Guarantee of Funding
Sending a request does not mean a partner will make an offer. Coastspring cannot predict approval, amounts, rates or timing.
